Mower is an explosive live act launched from San Diego, California with a reputation for insane stage performances, heavy music, and inciting lyrics.
Early shows with GWAR, hed(pe), System of a Down, Fear and a Vans Warped Tour date raised eyebrows in the music industry and the band released their self titled debut on Suburban Noize Records in 2003.
Mower's second CD, Not For You, was released on Suburban Noize in 2006. Outburn Magazine gave the disc a 9 out of 10 rating and Metal Edge Magazine said the disc contains "something for everybody."
The video for Road Rage debuted on MTV's Headbangers Ball and the band was featured in full page ads for No Fear and Anarchy Eyewear. Jagermeister has put the band to work performing at countless events including the inaugural launch of the famed Jagermeister Mobile Stage.
Support for the band increases steadily as their no-bullshit style of rock n' roll is winning over punk, metal, and hardcore fans alike.
Tours with Soulfly, hed(pe), Phunk Junkeez and Adema have built a fan base across the United States. Touring Japan to support the Japanese releases of their CDs gave the band a taste of international success.
Arena shows with Disturbed and Kottonmouth Kings have allowed Mower to hone their skills in front of large audiences. Mower are veterans of shows with Metallica, Slayer, Deftones, Linkin Park, Stone Sour, P.O.D., Staind, Mastodon, Shadows Fall and more.
The network of sponsors working with Mower includes heavyweights Jagermeister, Ampeg, Schecter Guitars, SRH Productions, Sik World Productions, Ed Hardy, No Fear, Lost Enterprises, Tribal Streetwear, Anarchy Eyewear and Seedless Clothing.
Not For You was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Mikey Doling(Snot/Soulfly). Not For You is available now at Best Buy, Sam Goody and other fine stores and online.

Mower is currently in the studio recording their third CD with producer Eddie Wohl (Anthrax, Ill Nino, Bleeding Through, Primer 55) and should be releasing the album by summer 2008. The album will feature guest appearances and the debut of Mower's jazz/lounge alter ego "Slower". |
